Claudia is a Holistic Nutrition and Dietetic Clinician focused on the complex intersection between complex physical illness and suboptimal, restrictive or disordered eating patterns.
Claudia Vidor

Claudia has spent years working with people who find eating to be a struggle. She’s seen how nausea, dizziness, pain, fatigue, sensory overload, and hormonal disruption can flatten hunger cues, change tolerances, or make previously “safe” foods feel impossible. She’s also walked alongside people living with true eating disorders, where fear, shame, and perfectionism sit behind every bite.

What motivates Claudia is helping people understand the why behind their eating patterns. She knows the difference between fear-driven restriction and physiology-driven limitation, and she treats both with compassion, steadiness, and practical clarity. Her goal is simple: restore trust in eating, at a pace the body can actually hold.

Eating Disorders

Claudia supports clients across the spectrum of eating disorders—bringing a calm, steady presence to experiences often marked by fear, shame, rigidity, or exhaustion. She understands how eating disorders can be protective, structured, and predictable in bodies that feel anything but. Her approach is consistent and grounding: safety before change, understanding before intervention, capacity before challenge.

Claudia works collaboratively with mental health clinicians to keep care aligned, paced, and supportive, ensuring no one navigates recovery alone or feels pushed beyond what their body or nervous system can hold.

Neurodivergence, Sensory Aversions & Eating Differences

For many of Claudia’s clients, eating is less about preference and more about sensory load, executive function, predictability, and overwhelm. She understands how neurodivergence can make certain textures unbearable, timing inconsistent, and change exhausting. Claudia starts by reducing the cost of eating—adjusting texture, temperature, environment, and cognitive load—so meals feel manageable again. Accessibility comes first. Variety comes later.

Persistent Pain & Fibromyalgia

Pain changes everything about eating—from appetite and nausea to sensory tolerance and energy levels. Claudia supports clients with fibromyalgia and chronic pain by creating nutrition strategies that reduce inflammatory load, stabilise energy, and respect the nervous system’s limits.

Amenorrhea & Hormone Dysregulation

Claudia helps clients understand how hormones respond to stress, under-nourishment, pain, dysautonomia, and chronic illness. Whether someone is navigating amenorrhea, perimenopause, or cycle irregularity, she focuses on restoring the building blocks that allow the body to regain hormonal stability.

Dysautonomia, MCAS & Dysmotility

In dysautonomia and MCAS, eating can become a moving target: nausea that appears without warning, appetite that collapses during tachycardia, temperature swings that destabilise digestion, or mast cell flares that make familiar foods suddenly unsafe.

Claudia focuses on building predictability: small meals paced around symptom windows, motility-friendly textures, hydration and salt strategies, and identifying patterns the body has been signalling for years. Her aim isn’t to increase intake at all costs—it’s to make eating feel safe and possible again.
