biio. is a clinical and technology organisation for people with complex invisible illness — health conditions that don't fit neatly inside one diagnosis, one appointment, one clinician, or one body system.
Our patients often arrive with partial explanations, narrow results, previous attempts, and symptoms that shift with standing, food, sleep, exertion, infection, hormones, or sensory demand. Too often, the person becomes the link between disconnected parts of care — repeating the story, remembering what helped, what failed, and what still hasn't been answered. biio. is built to reduce that burden.
We work as a connected team in a shared record, forming around the active clinical questions rather than the label someone arrived with. A diagnosis can help a patient land in the right place; it doesn't, by itself, explain the active clinical picture. biio. exists for the work that begins after arrival.
We started as a digital-first practice with an onsite clinic in Subiaco, and we're now expanding nationally. Melbourne opens first, with Sydney and Brisbane to follow — bringing in-person care alongside telehealth to patients who have, until now, had to travel or go without.
We're hiring clinicians — across allied health, general practice, nurse practitioners, and medical specialties — who are drawn to the cases other clinicians find difficult, and who want to do this work inside a team that's set up for it.
We are always open to tailoring roles to interesting, aligned candidates. Submit an application below and we can have a discussion about what work at biio. might look like for you.
