biio benefits: patient support program

Complex care is expensive. Our patient benefits program recognises the real cost of multidisciplinary care — and reduces the cost of the supports our patients commonly need.

Access to supports our patients genuinely need

biio. benefits gives eligible patients access to selected appointment discounts, product discounts, referral offers and care coordination supports.
This is not a rewards program designed to encourage unnecessary appointments. It is a patient support program for people already doing the work of understanding complex invisible illness and building a coordinated care team.
A patient support program, not a rewards scheme.
Appointment discounts
Reduced fees on selected assessments and consults where clinically appropriate.
Product discounts
Lower ongoing cost on electrolytes, compression wear and other supports.
Referral offers
A more accessible first step into Biio care for family and close friends.
Care coordination
Lower-cost check-ins to reconnect with your care plan as it changes.

What's currently on offer

Each benefit carries its own eligibility and booking process. Some benefits are time-limited and subject to change. Follow the instructions listed, or contact our team before booking.

50%off
Referral offer
Refer a family member or friend — 50% off biio.markers

Existing biio. patients can refer a family member or friend for 50% off their initial biio.markers assessment.

Complex invisible illness often runs through families. Many patients have siblings, parents, children or close friends navigating similar patterns. This make the first step into biio. care more accessible.

how_to_regThe referred person must provide the existing patient's name at booking. Available with selected practitioners only.

Family offer
Book your child — 50% off their biio.markers

Parents who are biio. patients can book their child in for a biio.markers assessment at 50% off.

Complex invisible illness often shows up early and runs in families. Getting a clear picture for your child sooner can make every step that follows easier.

Care coordination
50% off a 30-minute biio.markers review check-in

biio. patients receive 50% off a 30-minute biio.markers review or check-in call with a Care Coordinator.

Complex care changes over time. Symptoms shift, new results come in, capacity fluctuates. This is for patients who need help making sense of their care plan, reviewing next steps, preparing for appointments, or deciding which practitioner to see next — without a full reassessment.

$100 off rheumatology consults

Patients who have attended three or more initial consults with biio. are eligible for $100 off a rheumatology consult.

This is not a sales promotion. It recognises the real cost of multidisciplinary care — the work of seeing multiple clinicians and building a care team — and makes rheumatology more accessible when clinically appropriate.

25% off Sodii purchases

biio. patients receive 25% off Sodii purchases, made online through biio.shop.

For patients using electrolytes as part of their care plan, this helps reduce an ongoing support cost — relevant for people managing POTS, dysautonomia and orthostatic intolerance.

Most healthcare systems are not built for complex illness

When symptoms affect multiple systems, patients are often asked to carry the cost of complexity: more appointments, more investigations, more products, more letters, more coordination, more explaining, more waiting.

biio. benefits is one way we make multidisciplinary care more sustainable.

It does not replace individualised care. It does not make every service the right fit for every patient. But it can reduce the cost of supports that many patients genuinely need as part of their care journey.
