biio. is an integrated multidisciplinary clinical service for patients with complex, overlapping, and often invisible illness. Our Hormonal Pathway supports women navigating PCOS, perimenopause and menopause, thyroid dysfunction, HPA-axis dysregulation, and the hormonal patterns that thread through hypermobility, dysautonomia and chronic fatigue presentations.
We are seeking a Consultant Endocrinologist with an interest in women's hormonal health and complex multisystem presentations to join our Hormonal Pathway as its specialist medical anchor.
These patients arrive with a familiar story. Years of being told their bloods are normal while their bodies told a different story. Perimenopause dismissed because the cycle is "still there." PCOS reduced to a weight conversation. Adrenal symptoms reframed as anxiety. Thyroid numbers that sit just inside range while the patient sits well outside her own. They need an endocrinologist who can hold the pattern, not just the panel.
Before they reach you, the work is done. Pre-consultation hormonal screening, structured symptom timelines, validated questionnaires, prior pathology and imaging — all collated inside biio.'s integrated digital workspace, the biiography. You arrive at the consultation thinking, not chasing.
You'll work alongside biio.'s nurse practitioner team, dietitians, physiotherapists, psychology and our rheumatology consultants on shared connective tissue presentations. Care coordination, correspondence and referrals are handled by our support team.
