Nadia spent her teens and early twenties dealing with her own health challenges: period problems, acne, iron deficiency, fatigue and gut issues. Each was dismissed or handed a band-aid fix, no one joining the dots. After trying the low FODMAP diet, which helped her symptoms but was terrible for her relationship with food, she decided there must be a better way.
Many people expect a dietitian to overhaul their diet or tell them to eat perfectly all of the time. Instead, Nadia supports you through simple and sustainable changes that help you feel confident in how you nourish yourself.
Shaped by her own experience, and her work with countless women with overlapping conditions, Nadia loves nothing more than seeing women feel heard rather than dismissed, gain a real understanding of their bodies, and feel better without micromanaging food. That might be endometriosis alongside IBS, POTS alongside ADHD, PMDD alongside MCAS (or all of the above).
Period pain and hormonal changes are often dismissed or treated as solely a gynaecological problem. But your cycle is about so much more than a monthly bleed. It’s like a vital sign and has the power to impact all areas of your life, including mood, exercise, appetite, sleep and other conditions. She firmly believes that we shouldn’t have to put up with period problems. From endometriosis and pelvic pain to PMOS, PMDD and perimenopause, Nadia starts with the changes that can help you feel like yourself again.
Bloating, pain and unpredictable bowels can take over your life and steal precious brain space. If you’ve tried cutting foods out to find the culprit, you’ll know elimination diets can be stressful, especially when you just want to eat with the people you love. They can also leave you afraid of food.
Gut symptoms are often closely tied to conditions like POTS and endometriosis too, so Nadia supports the gut from a few different angles. One of her favourite angles to come from is the nervous system, where tools like personalised gut-directed hypnotherapy can help.
Living with POTS, hypermobility, MCAS or ME/CFS can mean explaining yourself to people who can’t see what you’re carrying. Some days you’re doing everything right and your body crashes anyway.
Nadia knows sensitive bodies feel safest with stability, so she starts with the foundations: regular meals and fluids that suit your appetite, your sensory preferences and your energy. If MCAS is part of the picture, she can help you spot possible triggers without overhauling everything.
Nadia provides weight-inclusive, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming care, so people in all bodies, brains and identities are welcome. You’re not expected to change who you are to fit the appointment.
